Located in Osiria, Gijang, Busan, embracing the blue sea, LHOUR is Korea’s largest senior complex, created in response to an aging society. On a site of 61,031㎡ with a total floor area of 198,670㎡, it integrates large-scale community facilities, Lhour Oriental Medicine Hospital, and commercial spaces, along with 574 LHOUR VL residences including penthouses and 408 compact Health Town LATIV units. This seamless blend of housing, care, and leisure offers seniors aged 65 and above a healthy and graceful lifestyle to enjoy their “second heyday.”
푸른 바다를 품은 부산 기장 오시리아에 위치한 ‘LHOUR’는 고령화 사회에 발맞춰 조성된 국내 최대 규모의 시니어 복합단지이다. 대지면적 61,031㎡, 연면적 198,670㎡의 넓은 부지 위에, 펜트하우스를 포함한 574가구의 LHOUR VL과 소형 평형으로 이루어진 408가구의 헬스타운 LATIV를 비롯해, 대규모 커뮤니티 시설, 라우어 한방병원, 상업시설 등이 함께 들어서 있다. 이를 통해 주거와 돌봄, 여가가 자연스럽게 연결되는 생활 환경을 조성 하였으며, 65세 이상 시니어들이 건강하고 품격 있는 ‘두 번째 전성기’를 누릴 수 있도록 새로운 라이프스타일을 제공한다.
