Apgujeong District 5 was not about adding a new building to an already proven location—it was about redefining the way people experience the city. Inspired by a lifestyle where Apgujeong and Cheongdam become part of everyday life, the project explored a new residential experience that extends the boundaries of home into the city itself. From brand strategy and redevelopment concept to creative direction, every stage of the project was developed around the vision of Apgujeong Hyundai Galleria, introducing a new standard of living built upon a place whose value has already been proven.
압구정 5구역은 이미 증명된 입지 위에 새로운 건축을 더하는 프로젝트가 아니라, 도시를 살아가는 방식을 다시 정의하는 프로젝트였습니다. 청담과 압구정을 일상의 일부로 누리는 라이프스타일을 바탕으로, 집의 경계를 도시까지 확장하는 새로운 주거 경험을 고민했습니다. 브랜드 전략부터 재건축 컨셉, 크리에이티브 디렉션까지 프로젝트 전반을 아우르며, ‘압구정 현대 갤러리아’라는 새로운 비전을 통해 검증된 장소성 위에 시대가 요구하는 새로운 가치를 제안했습니다.
