With 17 stories above ground and 7 stories below ground, EUL TOWER is a differentiated complex space that harmonizes office and retail. With premium amenities for tenants and various retail facilities, it aims for a five-star office and implements a classy prime office image.
With the ambivalence of Euljiro, the office's unique understated dignity and unique culture and sensitivity of Euljiro 3ga are melted into the space. The void and sophisticated ceiling design that penetrate the 2nd and 3rd floors clearly reveal the identity of the tower and provide a different level of space experience for both visitors and users.

지상 17층, 지하 7층 규모의 EUL TOWER는 오피스와 리테일이 조화를 이루는 차별화된 복합 공간입니다. 입주사를 위한 프리미엄 어메니티와 다양한 리테일 시설을 갖추어 5성급 오피스를 지향하며, 품격 있는 프라임 오피스 이미지를 구현합니다.
을지로의 양면성을 담아, 오피스 특유의 절제된 품격과 을지로3가만의 독창적인 문화·감성을 공간 속에 녹였습니다. 2–3층을 관통하는 보이드와 세련된 천장 디자인은 이을타워의 정체성을 선명히 드러내며, 방문자와 사용객 모두에게 차원이 다른 공간 경험을 제공합니다.
